I think that since we had our own financing and they didn't have proper title to the vehicle being purchased they decided to play games rather than tell the truth. Not Five Star quality. But everything was out fault. We had cash down payment, our own financing and insurance. More

I really lucked out choosing Five Star Ford for the purchase of my F150. This dealership is friendly in every department. During financials, my financial guy even added on an extra discount that he had seen as he was going through the paperwork. The dealership is all about creating a positive experience which I needed with this being my first car purchase. More
