I had a very nice experience with those who dealt with me at the dealership, having always own Ford, I was not sure, but I honestly can say that I was treated with respect, patience, and kindness. Since for ever, i have only heard car sales people having had a bad reputation, my reason for being scared, which I was it's a very big deal very big purchase, so it was scary to me but it was a very good experience, and they were very understanding I don't mind being redundant.
