I was told that the service would be at most 2 hours. It was closer to 3 hours. I would have appreciated being told that there would be a delay, and when the car would have actually been ready. More

Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown are a great place to have car serviced, found them very willing to work with you on needed repairs & to help you save money - very different from the San Antonio Mercedes-Benz who were not even courteous enough to return my calls!!
