Jasmine was able to get my car in to have an oil leak repaired. Was told I would have to leave my car and wait 3-5days until they could work it in! They were incommunocado for two days after my scheduled appointment . The first day they claimed the phones weren’t working. The second day they claimed the internet was down. They claimed I needed $5,500 appointment . The first day they claimed the phones weren’t working. The second day they claimed the internet was down. They claimed I needed $5,500 worth of repairs done to my car. I had $800 worth of repairs done there and then took my car to another mechanic shop recommended by a friend. That mechanic, who could have made money doing these repairs, said there was NOTHING wrong with my car. I showed him what Hyundai claimed was wrong and he called xx on it. I will Never use this Hyundai service again. It’s a shame because I’ve used them and trusted them for 10 years. More
