He was very knowledgeable about the truck I was asking about. He gave us the best deal on our trade-ins and was very honest to my wife and I. He worked very hard to make the deal happen. He didn't harass us or give us the run around. From management they were amazing they didn't beat us around the bush on anything they were honest and very fair on their price on their truck and as well as our trade-ins. Finance was great Dustin and Jason worked extra hard to get our deal approved at the best interest rate we Asked for. I will highly recommend Knippelmier Chevrolet to everyone I know thank you for making our experience so nice . More

Wonderful Customer Service! They were all so great! We stopped by the night before to just look around on the way to Norman and they didn't hassle us or pressure us (HUGE deal fo They were all so great! We stopped by the night before to just look around on the way to Norman and they didn't hassle us or pressure us (HUGE deal for me) and then we came back the next day with a couple cars in mind that we had seen the night before and we test drove them and got all the info. We let them know what our price was and they did everything they could to get us there so we didn't spend more than we wanted/were able to. Buying a car is a big decision so we had some errands to run and they let us take the car for a test drive so we could talk about it and it our errands done! It was all around a wonderful experience for us buying our first car together! We will definitely go back there for our next and recommend it to everyone!! More
