Terrible communication, and replaced the motor under warranty with a “rebuilt” motor. They also didn’t make an attempt to clean any parts under the hood as they removed and replaced them. This is our second vehicle we purchased from this dealership and it’s the people like Nick that keeps us coming back. Can’t wait for the new Accaida to come out. We have a 2019 Accaida and now a 2024 Terrain. Love both vehicles. The service department has been wonderful also. Kendall Wolfram in the finance department was wonderful. She explained every thing we needed to know. More

Very informative ! Jason secured a ride back to drop me off at home and got back to me with a video recording of the Techs Diagnosis and troubleshooting process for my Jason secured a ride back to drop me off at home and got back to me with a video recording of the Techs Diagnosis and troubleshooting process for my Vehicle. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was back in my vehicle early afternoon. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who needs work done on their GMC. More

Warning light for all wheel drive and ABS went on plus car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days. Next day I went to Jason at the service desk and explained I do not car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days. Next day I went to Jason at the service desk and explained I do not feel safe driving the car. Jason took my car right away and gave me a ride home. Next day the car was repaired and I feel safe. Thank you. More
