I regularly recommend Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliff to any Subaru owners and anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Jason in service is the primary reason for that! We own 3 Subarus and so I have a lot of any Subaru owners and anyone interested in buying a Subaru. Jason in service is the primary reason for that! We own 3 Subarus and so I have a lot of interactions there, and I honestly could not recommend a better guy to work with or a better guy to run your department! Buying the car is a one time interaction, but there are so many interactions over the lifetime the car, so having someone like Jason in your service department makes all the difference. Amy W More

The staff at Ken Ganley Subaru Service in Wickliffe Ohio are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. They are very courteous; attentive to every detail; very communicative to kee are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. They are very courteous; attentive to every detail; very communicative to keep the customer informed of service progress and findings. On top of that, the manager of the dealership came out to me while I was waiting ing the customer lounge just to welcome me and spent quality time with me to talk about just about everything outside of vehicle service. He treated me like family. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe Ohio. More
