I was very happy with my experience at Ken Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe. Russ, Brian, Joe and James took very good care of me. Russ made me feel very comfortable during my test drive and made sure I got ever of Wickliffe. Russ, Brian, Joe and James took very good care of me. Russ made me feel very comfortable during my test drive and made sure I got everything I wanted in my new crosstrek. They made sure my Starlink auto start was downloaded on my phone and in operational order. Russ and Brian went above and beyond driving my new crosstrek home so I could drive my old Impreza back. I had zero desire to get a new car. My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn't want a new car payment, I also didn't want to have to continue to worry about the repairs on an aging car. I took the leap and purchased a new Crosstrek. First, I can't say enough good things about Jason Ceja in service. I have never dealt with anyone in service BUT Jason, so he is completely familiar with my car and its service history. Every time I come in, we have a laugh about the time chipmunks chewed through my drive belt. Joy and Joe assisted me with the purchase of the new car. Not only does Joy seem to be a delightful human being, she knew the product in and out and was able to quickly help me familiarize myself with the newer Crosstrek features. Ganley didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, but Joe was able to secure another quickly. I love how easy things are when I go to Ganley. My trips for service have been so smooth. Buying a new car was (relatively) stress-free and painless. More

Overall the purchasing experience was smooth. They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. We were an out of state buyer and they knew exactly what paper They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. The salesman (Cristian) spent over two hours with us demonstrating how all of the electronic options worked on our car. He even pared out cell phones and the garage door opener. Very helpful ! More
