Well, I'm not sure they were completely honest with me about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan. My car only had 81,000 miles with a V-6 engine and it shouldn't have cost the price you quoted me to about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan. Also, I had purchased 4 cars previously from the dealership in Athens, and should have gotten a much better discount on the car I purchases. More

Brought my F150 Raptor in week before my service appt to be sure any required parts would be available on the service date. Service was for oil change, drivers door noises (only when hot outside temps) and be sure any required parts would be available on the service date. Service was for oil change, drivers door noises (only when hot outside temps) and front driver fender flare reattachment (broken holding clips). Was told by service rep flare clips would be in stock items. When service was done one week later was told by service tech flare clips were not available and had to be ordered. Tech could not duplicate door noises. After service was completed I noticed my tires had not been rotated and returned the truck and was told by the service rep they were but had not been reset. I keep rear tire pressure 3 psi lower (35) than the fronts (38) religiously and I noticed the tire press sensors (TPM) were still reading the same pressures as mentioned above. I returned the truck and asked again why had the tires not been rotated? Was told by the rep they were. Again I asked that they get rotated. Rep said OK and went to get it done. Minutes later Rep and Tech came into the service area waiting room and asked what tire pressure do I want them set to and I replied with "DON'T change them leave as is" so I know they were rotated (should see higher press in rear and lower in front). When told truck was ready I see all tires were set to 38 psi. I still believe the tires were not rotated but only corrected with tire pressures I had asked NOT to change. More

The Ford Explorer we are just getting out of the shop for exhaust fumes. Also has a bad noise coming from the dash in which I was told they could not fix because thats under the 12 month 12000 mile warranty. Explore just went over 12000 mile warranty. They said 36000 bumper to bumper warranty doesnt cover that. We tried getting the car in months ago before 12000 miles and they kept saying not to bring it in until it makes the noise. The noise would come and go so they said dont bring. Now they say they cant fix it. The Ford F150 is going in to shop tomorrow for safety recall and when starting a huge cloud of white smoke pours out of the tailpipe which is very embarrassing to drive. Im not satisfied with my vehicles at all. When you buy new cars you dont expect everything to go wrong with them in the first year of driving them. More
