Caleb was outstanding knows his vehicles easy deal with no stress car buying. All the staff great Caleb made sure we were taken care of. We ended up buying two brand new vehicles one for me and my wife. no stress car buying. All the staff great Caleb made sure we were taken care of. service department is terrible I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the se I bought a new Ram Laramie and purchased the rust proofing package along with the extended warranty. I was instructed to drop my vehicle off to the service dept. on a Monday morning. I got there at 8 am and stood waiting for 20 minutes with a service employee sitting looking at me but would not wait on me. when he finally did ask what I needed, I told him I had an appointment to drop off my truck for rust proofing service. He said I had no appointment even though he never even asked my name. every time I tried to talk he interrupted me and became extremely rude and told me to get out of his shop. WOW!! I spent over $48,000 to be treated like a piece of trash. If you want to buy a vehicle stay away from Kimberly Car City and the Courtesy group. This dealership has no customer service skills at all! More

Mislead by Extended Warranty I purchased a New Jeep Renegade 3 months ago and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I brought Jeep to service department because a small pie I purchased a New Jeep Renegade 3 months ago and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I brought Jeep to service department because a small piece of the grill on the front bottom fell off. The screws were still attached and the grill sits back from the bumper. Service Dept. had to take pictures to see if my warranty covered the piece and labor. First of all when I purchased the extended warranty they told me this covered my Jeep bumper to bumper. Anyway they rejected the picture and are telling me I need to pay to have this fixed. They said I must of hit something! Why would the screws still be attached and the bumper would of been dented if I hit something. Plus I had to call twice to get a answer from them, they never called me back. So I advise people not to buy extended warranty! Plus the Service Department was not prompt on returning my call. Very UNHAPPY Customer!!! More
