Overall a good experience, things could improve. Went to dealership with a limited budget. When I first arrived nobody greeted me or offered to help. I approached a man to ask where the car was located that I was interested in, he was of no help and more worried about smoking. After walking the parking lot for 15 minutes, I asked him again - he said to stand next to my car in the incredibly hot sun while he went to get the car. He never came back, so I left 15 minutes later. I came back to the dealership and then was introduced to Tiffany Mason. She was great! She was not pushy, she was very accommodating and willing to do anything I asked. It took a few days to negotiate the deal I needed but it happened. I dealt with Shahid in finance. He was very friendly. Not pushy. Once it was time to get in my new car, Jason assisted me and again a great guy. Got everything I asked for and then spent time showing my how to work my new car. My overall experience was good at the dealership, however once I got home I read the paper work - and came to realize that I did not get the deal that we had agreed upon over the phone. I am not pleased with that at all, partially my fault for trusting and not reading the paper work better while signing, but not happy that a fast one was pulled on me. Great dealership, friendly people but pay CLOSE ATTENTION when signing your paper work, they got me this time! More

Exceeded my expectations! I visited the Hyundai dealership three times. I test drove three different model cars. Each time Jason Diaz treated me like a friend and not just a cu I visited the Hyundai dealership three times. I test drove three different model cars. Each time Jason Diaz treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I never felt pressured and was never made to feel like I was wasting his time. On one of my test drives, I brought my 86 year old Mom along with me to see if she could easily get in and out of the vehicle. Jason treated my Mom with upmost respect and kindness and I really appreciated that. When I returned a couple of weeks later, he even asked about her. I don't know how he remembered! But I guess that is a trademark of a great salesman. On my third visit, I bought a Sante Fe SPORT and I love it!! I also had an accessory part added after purchase and that was handled wonderfully. Jason ensured everything was in place and that I was 100% pleased before I drove off of the lot. I am now a Hyundai believer! More

He greeted us immediately upon arriving at the dealership. I told him what I was looking for and what I needed as far as price and monthly payment. He met those needs with ease. No pressure, friendly and knowledgeable. It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car. Hyundai can't be beat. More

The sales staff was extremely nice and genuinely concerned about our comfort in offering coffee, drinks, ect. I would reccomend the dearlership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used. I would suggest talking to Jason Diaz, he is a great salesperson and I believe is fair in his dealings, (he likes to fish) anyone who likes to fish can be worked with. PS: Bass fishing. More

It didnt take me long to get the car financed and out the door in my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata. John Fejeran was also great and he let me know about the great warranties and other information about the car. Overall I was very satisfied with this dealership.
