Excellent Car Buying Experience I've been buying cars since the 70's. Acura of Wappingers was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. There was no hard sell o I've been buying cars since the 70's. Acura of Wappingers was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. There was no hard sell or game playing. The salesman we dealt with, Jason Fogelquist, listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to make what we were looking for happen! There was none of the typical, going in the back room to talk with the manager for 20 minutes and then coming back with some poppycock deal. Jason was empowered to make a fair deal on his own and the manager, Philip was there to verify the details. Within a few minutes we had worked out a deal. It just felt so simple and easy. Once we had made the deal, Jason, Philip, Kevin (the finance guy), and the rest of the staff took care of all of the details of turning in our previously leased vehicle and preparing our new SUV. We showed up on our designated day and time, signed the papers, and left with our new car. Again, simple and easy. I would strongly recommend this dealership and I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future. More

Columbus Day sale So I bought 2016 MDX last Saturday and Jason didn’t go over the car features. I left them a deposit $4000 . I got the car, used only Sunday to figur So I bought 2016 MDX last Saturday and Jason didn’t go over the car features. I left them a deposit $4000 . I got the car, used only Sunday to figure out it does not have the safety features I am looking for. I came back Monday, which is yesterday and they told me nothing can be done. Carlos the Financial manger helped me to do the switch. But he told me the dealer will charge you $495 as those are the documents fees that been paid to NY state and they are non refundable. The staff is polite, professional. I will call NY-DMV TO TRY TO REFUND THOSE $495 as the car tires in a bad condition and they need to be switched ASAP. More

Brian is awesome! I recently leased a 2019 RDX and Brian Demersky was professional, knowledgeable and very client focused. While the sale is important, it is much more important to execute a positive client experience and at times it can be a delicate balance. Brian rocked it as if it were part of his DNA! The new team at Acura (I am a repeat customer) was very professional and accommodating overall. Brian took the time to take me through all of the components of my new vehicle until I felt comfortable. I have to say this dealership has transformed into a stellar class of sales folks. From Brian, Jason, Dan to Phil, you all did an outstanding job.. .and to my finance liaison, Carlo - the paperwork was painless... Keep up the great work! More
