We just happened to be in the Hermitage, PA area and stopped at the dealership. I was so happy to see a Rav4 on the lot, and with no intention of buying at that point, I became the proud owner of a nic stopped at the dealership. My suggestion is to give the customer a check list to take home before they pick up the vehicle as a reminder of all the questions they might have to highlight the ones the actual have. For example, I left and have no idea how the you unlock the wheel locks. More
