This is my first oil change since the change in ownership/management. When I called with a concern, I was talked down to. The male I spoke to didn't really talk to me but at me, which made me v ownership/management. When I called with a concern, I was talked down to. I was trying to schedule a time, then he was talking to someone else without excusing himself or putting me on hold..it wasn't a brief conversation. I'm not sure that I'll be back for service. I miss the friendliness and welcome atmosphere. More
