Very pleased with the service department at my last visit. We had a minor incident and our service advisor handled it very professionally. I was very skeptical at first once I was quoted my repairs. And after I was informed on more work needed I was looking into maybe just buying something else. Now I had work done before on a different repairs. And after I was informed on more work needed I was looking into maybe just buying something else. Now I had work done before on a different vehicle that I was not happy with. But this time my experience has changed my mind on how the service dept. Was top notch. And even helped me get my vehicle out in the early morning.. My vehicle has performed well from the work and am very pleased with my work done. I will recommend all my repairs be fine with the crew I had and they deserve a great job. More

Service was great, not pushy. Very much appreciated. But car was returned with Beyer turned up to 89, seat all the way back, lowered, mirror adjusted and steering wheel telescoped out. Recall repair Great experience for first time visit. Was able to get a loaner to run errands and the repair plus an added oil change was completely even quicker tha Great experience for first time visit. I would suggest the techs put something in the seats while working on the interior or at least wipe up the oily residue left behind when done. More

NOT HAPPY!!!! we were in Nov, 22nd, for an oil change and tire rotation that was only going to take around an hour and over 3 hours later we finally got our Atlas b we were in Nov, 22nd, for an oil change and tire rotation that was only going to take around an hour and over 3 hours later we finally got our Atlas back - there was very little communication from the service dept, and when it came time to pay the CS people were not real friendly and did not offer us a thing to make us come back for another purchase - I think they could have at least offered the next FREE oil change and rotation but i am sure that won't happen!!!!!!!!! More

Good service, but a bit slow The service was great. No questions asked on the warranty. They found the problem and fixed it and documented every step they took. My only complaint would be that I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday and they didn't get to my car until Thursday. It would be great if they offered loaner vehicles so I wouldn't have to go for two days without a car and have to find a ride to pick up my car when it's done. More

Frustrating and disappointing My issue was discovered by a tech during a routine oil change. Scheduled my appointment at that time for 6 days later. When I arrived for my appt, not My issue was discovered by a tech during a routine oil change. Scheduled my appointment at that time for 6 days later. When I arrived for my appt, not only were the notes incorrect but nobody was notified the part needed to be ordered. Received a call at the end of the first day that it would take a week for the part to come in. A week passes and i haven't heard anything. Call again and am notified there must have been a miscommunication, but the part was on international back order and wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks. My car sat there for 3 weeks, when it all could have been avoided had somebody ordered the part when I made the appointment for service. On top of that, i was the one calling to check on the status not the other way around. I felt like my service had been forgotten amd it was only checked on when a message was received from me. I can see why Lithia service has such bad reviews. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and there are no processes in place to prevent it. More
