Summer from the Service Department went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. Our family is new to Central Florida and even though we did not purchase our Outback at the dealership she made sure we r to take care of my vehicle. Our family is new to Central Florida and even though we did not purchase our Outback at the dealership she made sure we received a new battery, put me in a loaner over night and returned the vehicle next morning working and clean. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and we will be having our vehicle serviced and purchases will be made at Bill Bryant Subaru. More

The sales team is very pushy and was attempting to get me to purchase a 2019 wrx sti when I was there to service my 2020 wrx sti that I bought brand new. I drove the same car for 20 years. I needed to do some test driving. When Jason Hampton introduced himself, he didn't know what he was in for. I had that poor guy in and out of so many cars, even leaving test driving. When Jason Hampton introduced himself, he didn't know what he was in for. This is my 1st experience and Bill Bryan Subaru, and it was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having t was a very food dealership to deal with. They (Service Department) are a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation about going back and having them work on my car again! Since this was on a recall, they gave me a loaner car to have until the work was completed and gave me no problem when I said can I bring back the loaner the next day.
