Melissa and Jason Herzog made this buying experience a really stress free one - and this is my 4th Kia! Really happy with my car!! Bought a 21 Soul 4/17. After the signing the vehicle was sent to “detail” and brought out. As I began to move my belongings to the Soul I noticed several scratches on the car and at least two dents in the h sent to “detail” and brought out. As I began to move my belongings to the Soul I noticed several scratches on the car and at least two dents in the hood. None of these were noticed by me or (admittedly) by the salesperson prior to delivery. I made a video of the car and reported this to my salesperson, who later texted saying bring it in Monday the the 26th. When I did I found a male Service support/manager had not been informed and visibly irritated. I was told conflicting info on when to bring the car back for repair and loner car. It’s been 3wks and I’m still waiting to get it corrected. The salesperson no longer works there, I have been referred to speak with Bobby or Emily. Hopefully I can get this resolved ASAP. More
