Absolutely the worst people. Bought my new car on a Friday, gave deposit and agreed they would have it detailed for pickup Monday morning. Got a phone call Saturday night almost Bought my new car on a Friday, gave deposit and agreed they would have it detailed for pickup Monday morning. Got a phone call Saturday night almost 2 hours after close that the car was sold to someone else and gone. General manager Javier promised to find me the same car, he then avoided phone calls for a month instructing his staff to tell me “he is not in and will call back later”. His sales manager also refused to get on the phone and only texted hours after I would reach out. Took 5+ weeks to get my deposit back. Absolute shady/unlawful dealership I can’t recommended avoiding enough More
