I called to inquire about a specific type of vehicle we needed. Jerrod was not only able to help me find it, he made sure to walk me through the whole process, taking time to explain me everything. The staff is professional but internally they don’t treat each other kindly. Our sales rep was amazing but we couldn’t help but notice how management seemed to be barking orders at the lower staff.
