Fanuel was very helpful and informative. If they hadn’t done such a good job of my pre purchase inspection on this car I would had ended up buying a lemon. Thank god they found all the problems with the car. The company I purchased the car from paid for all the work that needed to be done. I think it was like $5,000 worth of work. I was a little upset in the beginning, right after I got the initial inspection done. I had ask if they could remove the rats nest for me so I didn’t have to drive home breaking that air and they told me NO! I couldn’t believe that after paying almost $500 for the inspection that they wouldn’t do such a simple thing for me. I even said I would pay for it. I thought that was awful to make me have to drive home with that on my engine. What did they expect me to pull over somewhere and remove it myself so I didn’t have to breath that air. The customer service was great but the mechanic no so much. Actually after thinking, I want to remove a star or 2. Thank yoy More

It was terrible. Jason my representative lied to me about my car. Saying he called the warranty people and saying they had to come inspect the car when he didn't even Jason my representative lied to me about my car. Stare of the art facility, good service, low pressure on upcoming service options. The experience I had in the new facility was much better than what I had experienced previously in the old facility severa upcoming service options. The experience I had in the new facility was much better than what I had experienced previously in the old facility several years ago. Would recommend. More

Tyler checked me in and kept me informed of the services being performed, once the services was done Jason took over and explain the the services done and what services needed to be done and what is recomme being performed, once the services was done Jason took over and explain the the services done and what services needed to be done and what is recommended to be done along with costs. This is why I love getting my Mazda cars service at the Mazda service department!!!! More
