Multiple Visits Still Not Fixed Brought vehicle in multiple times for recall work, had same issue after first visit. Brought back in for another recall (same issue) and now vehicle d Brought vehicle in multiple times for recall work, had same issue after first visit. Brought back in for another recall (same issue) and now vehicle doors are making noises that were not there prior to visit. Showed the service manager before leaving but too late to address. No follow up from this dealership on this issue. Also was told it was a few hours for the work, first time was slightly over but second time was there for 8 hrs and then I had these issues which I would consider workmanship. I also was looking at a new vehicle while there and did not get the follow up I would expect from either the salesperson or again when I contacted them online More

Bought a new car Came to dealership looking for information on the Ford Focus, previously had a 2014 Ford Focus, Was not a 100% sure if I was going to buy another one. Brand new engine, could have been prevented Brand new Ford fusion. Brought in for clicking noise with appt. They sent me home said the car was safe to drive they needed more time to diagnose.
