This was our third vehicle purchase from Burnsville Toyota and two of those were from Jason. New car pricing and trade in value was within range of expectations. This was an amazing thing. ...when someone called me on my questions and all of a sudden, a Toyota Highlander Hybrid showed up on the lot. It was exactly what I was looking for ...when someone called me on my questions and all of a sudden, a Toyota Highlander Hybrid showed up on the lot. Quick, efficient. Forgot to give me my report out. Had to call and go back to the service area to get it. Reported two warranty concerns as well. Was told I have to t Forgot to give me my report out. Was told I have to take it up with the main service department but they aren’t available on Friday and with only 4 technicians it might take awhile. Had a disappointing encounter with the service manager about a month ago over what I feel is a paint defect but was told that the district warranty manager disallowed. I asked who that person was and was told I couldn’t get that contact information. Was allowed. I feel I got a runaround and brush off. Would not recommend your dealership to family and friends. More

Experience with dealership was good. We did get a chance to test drive Sienna from last year but not this year. Availability of vehicles to test drive is limited in all Toyota dealership We did get a chance to test drive Sienna from last year but not this year. Availability of vehicles to test drive is limited in all Toyota dealership. So I do not complain. Sales agent Jason was helpful. He was straightforward. He will give straight answers to our question and will accept things he do not know. He will research about that and get back answer later. We felt over pressured by finance personnel to purchase additional insurance. More
