This was my second bad experience with new tires at this dealership. After getting new tires 6 weeks ago from the dealership, two tires had leaks that I went back to the dealership to look at. The full appo dealership. After getting new tires 6 weeks ago from the dealership, two tires had leaks that I went back to the dealership to look at. The full appointment time was close to 3 hours which I did not find acceptable. The technicians determined the leaks were coming from the valve stems. I had no issues with the valve stems with my old tires, and 2 of the tires were fine on my new tires. I was told to fix the issue, they would replace all 4 valve stems at no cost to me. Although frustrated with the amount of time I had already been at my appointment, I was happy to hear I wouldn't have to pay anything and that they'd be addressing all 4 even though only 2 had issues. However, when I was checked out, I found out I needed to pay for the parts for all 4 valve stems and this was not disclosed to me up front. The cost was minimal, but still frustrating, as this was not clearly disclosed. On top of this, after approaching the 3 hour mark, I left the waiting room to find out a status update, and found my key sitting at the desk of the service department with my car being done but no one came to get me. More

My experiences at Granite Subaru have been positive overall. Julia and I spoke on the phone and when I came to the dealership, she made it a point to come into the waiting area and introduce herself. overall. It is always nice to put a name with a face and feel that someone, Julia, made it a point to introduce herself. This makes a great impression and is very professional. More
