The entire Volvo team was amazing. I remember looking at a Volvo over a year ago with Jason and wanted to make sure I reached out to him when I was ready to buy my first Volvo. CJ was wonderful at showing me the different color combinations on a Saturday when Jason was unavailable. He made sure to set me up with someone that would take great care of me. She spent hours with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. Woody was very helpful on the finance end and made everything seamless. My easiest car purchase by far. No pressure, straightforward numbers and the most amazing Volvo ever. I have never been so excited to purchase a vehicle. More

As first-time owners of an all-electric vehicle, we also really appreciated how Jason explained the features and technology in a way that was easy to understand and relatable. He never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed, and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicle before we left. From my first encounter with Ross, the GM at O'Steen, on a late Tuesday evening, he handled my emergency service situation with professionalism, care, and kindness. The next day, Sabrina, with O'Steen, on a late Tuesday evening, he handled my emergency service situation with professionalism, care, and kindness. The next day, Sabrina, with the Service Dept., who was also nothing but professional, caring and kind started the communication process. She sent me a diagnosis video from Conner, the technician. In all my years of dealing with car issues, I have never received such a thorough, easy-to-understand breakdown of a car's mechanical failures and itemized costs. Again, I continued to be impressed. Because of the car's age, repair costs, and unavailability of the major part, I decided to cut my losses and purchase another vehicle. Had I not had such a positive experience with O'Steen at the onset, I would have gone to a different dealership more in my affordability level. However, I chose O'Steen and Sabrina hooked me up with Jason in sales. I discussed with Jason my needs and budget. He picked out the perfect used vehicle for me and again I was met with professionalism, care, and kindness. This glowing treatment continued with Woody, the financial manager to wrap up my experience. I truly will recommend O'Steen Volvo to anyone; they are a class operation and have their customers' best interests in mind. It was a pleasure doing business with them. More
