He never pushed me to hurry. He never pushed me to choose something I didn’t want. I honestly felt like he was listening to me. Because of him, I took a new car home when I left. Experience at GMC of Murfreesboro Josh Edwards was very helpful in my new vehicle search. He listened first to what I was looking for, took me to look at the vehicles equipped with op Josh Edwards was very helpful in my new vehicle search. He listened first to what I was looking for, took me to look at the vehicles equipped with options I wanted, but was not pushy in the least. I was impressed that he listened first. Once I narrowed down what I wanted, the dealership had to search to find the vehicle in the color I had selected. Josh went to that dealership on his day off to be certain the vehicle indeed matched what I wanted and notified me when it was at the dealership. He took pictures and sent as well. He was always respectful and pleasant and made what can often be a tedious experience as pleasant as possible, going out of his way to work with us on finding my Acadia Denali and getting the best trade in value. More
