I recently purchased my very first new car, and everyone at Cerritos Hyundai made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Other dealerships have made me feel nervous or tense, but everyone here was very friendly and helpful, and it definitely put me at ease while making this big decision. The salesperson, Fernando Guzman, was extremely helpful and very patient with my parents and me. He made sure to find me a car with all of the features I wanted, and I am extremely happy with my new Hyundai Tuscon! The finance direcor, Kevin Lee, was extremely helpful. As I mentioned, this was my first "big" purchase, and Kevin walked me through all of the paperwork and made everything very clear. After shopping around at various dealerships for months, I had a great experience at Cerritos Hyundai, and highly recommend it. More

I drove here from Pasadena in a Camry, and left in a New Hyundai Elantra. Why did you go to all the way to Cerritos to get a new car you ask? Well gather around and listen to my new car adventure: One fine sunny day I realized that it was time to renew my registration so I decided: new registration? Probably should get a new car too (My camry was looking aged and it was time). I set my sights on the new Elantra and decided to stop by one of the several nearby Hyundai dealerships to test drive it. I really liked it and decided that I wante to lease the car however I could not come to an agreement on the price so I ended up leaving. The next day I called up a few other dealerships and Cerritos Hyundai seemed like they were the most willing to help me out. I knew it was far, but I decided to see what they had to offer (I also wanted to go to a bigger dealership so Cerritos seemed like a good choice). When I arrived I was greeted by Manuel and I told him exactly what I wanted. With Manuel, I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy a car, rather I felt like I was really being helped into making the right choice by a wise adviser. They didn't have the color I wanted in the first lot so Manuel went above and beyond and drove me to 3 different lots to help me find the exact one I was looking for and literally spent the whole day with me, talk about customer service! He even helped me negotiate! Because they color I wanted wasn't there at the time, they gave me an amazing deal on the version with the Bluetooth and foglights, which I am glad I got. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would have done it the same way, gotten the same car, and gone to the Hyundai in Cerritos. More

Me and my family have a fabulous experience in amazing dealership today. We've been happy whole time while we were there, even though my kids are playing around, making some noise, they keep gave us warm and smile. I believe they are all great professionals, making customers fill best. I absolutely highly recommend this store and Javed Rasheed, Richard Kang as best dealership I've ever done with. I purchased my second car from Cerritos Hyundai in about a year, and this place never disappoints. I was on the lot only a couple minutes when I was approached by my sales person Fernando. He was very kind, courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure that I was a happy customer. We test drove a couple Genesis Coupe and a Turbo Veloster (twice), we took a nice long route that was enjoyable and I never felt rushed to get back. When it came down to the negotiation I was assisted by by a couple people, and the process was relatively painless. The guy calling the shots is Javed Rasheed. This was my second time dealing with Javed, and his only concern is making the customer happy. Im a sales rep myself, so I don't take kindly to typical sales manger fast talk....I'll be happy to work with him for a 3rd time soon. I've had some service done here in the past as well.....Chris Lopez is legit. He is fast and always on top of my car. Thanks for everything guys....my new Turbo is incredible!! More

Mr. Manuel Vazquez,the Sales Rep. and the General Manger Mr. Javed Rasheed, helped me decide on the new vehicle I wanted to purchased and guided me well with all the paper work that needed to be done. They worked hard to get me an affordable monthly payment rate just right for me. They were very kind,helpful and I couldn't ask for better help. Truly fantastic group of people we dealt with here. We were in the market for an economy car and took a look at many of the competitors. Admittedly, the Elantra was already at the top of our list, but Ric were in the market for an economy car and took a look at many of the competitors.
