Horrible service and even worse customer service. Spent $250.00 on a diagnostic report that we already knew the problem to. Water leaking inside my back window. Was denied by GM even tho I have an ex Spent $250.00 on a diagnostic report that we already knew the problem to. Water leaking inside my back window. Was denied by GM even tho I have an extended warranty with 25k miles left on or 2 years. The worse part was while in service they scratched up my truck on both sides, and coincidentally right where the back window area is where the leak started. Came back to the dealership and spoke to the service manager Dino and right away denied them doing any damage to my truck. No accountability!! Never even apologized. He was more concerned about the bad review I gave them. Tried to make things right by telling me he would fix the leak and buff out the scratches if I removed my bad review. Shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and said he would make it right. 3 days later received a text asking if I still want the work done and of course I said yes. Told me I would receive a call or text when the parts came in so I can bring the truck back to be serviced. 2 weeks later nothing!! I text Javier in service for an eta or to see what’s going on. No answer. No text back. No call. About 3 weeks later now and still haven’t heard from Dino or Javier. Just shows how much they care about customers there. Horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone getting anything form that dealership. I’ve been so several Chevy dealerships and NEVER experienced this type of customer service or no accountability from the service department. Really sad that someone would shake your hand, look you in the eyes and tell you they would make good on a promise and never hear from them again! Horrible!!!! More
