I HAVE BEEN TO MANY CAR DEALERSHIPS OVER MY 79 YRS, ,BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN WHAT I HAD AT MCGOVERNS.. I ARRIVED OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY OPENED, BUT TOOK A CHANCE & WALKED IN ANYWAY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN WHAT I HAD AT MCGOVERNS.. I ARRIVED OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY OPENED, BUT TOOK A CHANCE & WALKED IN ANYWAY. SURE ENOUGH A SALES PERSON NAMEDBILL WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP ME.. WITHIN 20 MINUTES I TEST DROVE 2 SUVS & WAS ON MY WAY TO BUYING ONE THE NEXT DAY. ROWAN TOOK OVER FOR BILL & VERY PATIENTLY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, ( OF WHICH I HAD A BUNCH.).THE BOSS ( MY WIFE ) CAME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY TO APPROVE MY CHOICE IN SUV & DEALERSHIP.
