We had the van in twice before for the same issue. The van is a handicapped vehicle. Long story short there were many problems along the way. They were very professional and wanting to get a resolution for us. They even washed the van inside and out for us. I would definitely give them another chance. More

Had to replace the storage box in the center console of my 2018 Pacifica LT. The Parts department easily assisted me with ordering a replacement box (over $300.00) and notified me when the part arrived for my 2018 Pacifica LT. The Parts department easily assisted me with ordering a replacement box (over $300.00) and notified me when the part arrived for pick-up. It was the exact part and it installed just as instructed by the Parts representative. We love our Pacifica - under 21,000 miles - retiring soon and this is the vehicle my wife and I plan to use for touring America - in luxury! Thanks Arrigo!!! More
