Worked with Jay Gonzalez to purchase my 2022 Ford Mustang GT and things started off really well. I already knew what I wanted and the car had all the options I wanted. The car was mostly perfect and we both agreed that a couple of things needed to be fixed prior to me picking up the car. My shifter plastic was replaced brand new from ford which was perfect but the car had white vinyl stripes going on the side of the doors which were coming off at the edges and around the pony logo. It was in our agreement that it would be fixed via glue…. Hard, non automotive appropriate glue was used to fix some of the vinyl which made it worse because it left a giant clump of hard glue which will most likely ruin the paint if it were to come off. They were also all the other corners of the vinyl that were lifting and were not at all attempted to be fixed. The car is a used car with 6,000 miles priced at nearly 40k….When I went to pick up the car and saw the vinyl was not fixed Jays response was “I told you I was going to glue it back on” which clearly wasn’t appropriate nor did it fix the issues. I asked if there is any other way to fix the vinyl since it was part of our agreement and he said “it’s a used car, you got a really good deal and the dealership won’t take a hit for fixing a used car”. At this point it was very frustrating and he was not at all willing to help. Sadly this was after the paperwork was signed and I had waited 2 weeks for a new title and registration. The rest of the staff was wonderful and helpful up until that point. I do not recommend going for anything that needs them to actively improve something on the car. More

The only positive interactions I’ve had were with Luke, who treated me with respect and professionalism, and with the bald manager in the glass office (unfortunately I don’t know his name), who also knew h who treated me with respect and professionalism, and with the bald manager in the glass office (unfortunately I don’t know his name), who also knew how to speak to customers appropriately. Luke will always be the to go to person. He’s nice, respectful, great customer service . Friendly. Thank you Luke for your kind service. But, My most recent experience with Anthony was the worst. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and spoke to me in a manner that I found both rude and racially offensive. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it has left me feeling that I’ve learned my lesson about trusting this location. More

I had the BEST experience at this dealership! I came in with my heart set on a specific vehicle, met with Jay and he went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with that car!
