Purchasing my first electric vehicle was a big step, and while the delivery of my new Cadillac Lyriq had a few unexpected hiccups, what truly impressed me was how Coulter Cadillac handled the situation. Ir while the delivery of my new Cadillac Lyriq had a few unexpected hiccups, what truly impressed me was how Coulter Cadillac handled the situation. Ironically, my journey with Coulter started after my previous vehicle was brought in for repairs after an accident. Coulter Collision Center provided me with a loaner vehicle, and before long, I found myself purchasing a new Lyriq after my vehicle was declared a total loss. When some delivery issues came up, General Manager Paul Glans immediately got involved, took ownership of the problems, and made it clear that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Rather than making excuses, he accepted responsibility and worked to make things right. That level of accountability is rare and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I also want to recognize Linda Daub for her professionalism and communication throughout the process. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. The true measure of a dealership isn't whether things always go right but how they respond when they don't. Paul and his team exceeded my expectations and made me a very happy customer. I even told Paul that because of the way he and his staff treated me, I'll be back to purchase my Escalade IQ in a few years.
