SLOW service and NO COMMUNICATION! I dropped my X3M for a scheduled oil change at 10:30 am. Never heard a word back. Tried calling the service department every half hour until 5:30. No one answered, or returned my call when I left a message. Finally called main number and asked for general manager and was transferred several times until I got the service department, who told me extensive work was being done on my car, including a recall.
