Jay was very welcoming and knowledgable. Being in my young 20's most car salesmen do not give me the time of day. Jay treated me with the up most respect and took the time to sell me a car. Before we even took a ride out to the dealership; we informed the sales rep of what we were expecting and wanting and he called us promptly back with exactly what we were looking for.
