Why make an appointment. 2.5 hours after I drop off my car I ask of its ready as it was only supposed to take an hour. It appears they haven't even started. It was an absolute pleasure talking with them. When I traded in my Mercedes E500, I never realized, purchasing and having a vehicle serviced could be a smooth process. Dealing with Mercedes for years talking to people at the dealer, everyone was uptight or too busy. Here at Jim’s Ellis, they take selling and service to a all new level.
