WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I spent 175k on a new car. The car is great, the dealership full of rotten people. It starts at the top with Steve Haas the GM. Impossible to get on I spent 175k on a new car. The car is great, the dealership full of rotten people. It starts at the top with Steve Haas the GM. Impossible to get on the phone and just doesn't care about you once the car is sold. Wont call you back....and if he doesn't like what you have to say - he hangs up on you. My salesman Mike Killeen was even worse. He should be selling at Toyota. Killeen actually asked me to get his kid a job the moment I bought the car....embarrassing. The service people are pretty good - but these sales guys will upsell you on everything, and once you drive off the lot - they'll never deal with you again. Both of these guys couldn't be less professional. I wish I never bought at Danbury. Go to Greenwich or Fairfield - it will be worth the drive to avoid these glorified used car salesmen...…. More

The newest salesman, Matt, was a pleasure to deal with as were everyone else on the team. Consider this: This is a dealership I have done business with for seventeen years and always leave smiling. 5 Star Customer Service After an initial mishap with their appointment scheduling system that caused some consternation, I have to say that I received absolute 5 star treatme After an initial mishap with their appointment scheduling system that caused some consternation, I have to say that I received absolute 5 star treatment after I received my appointment. Jim promised to look into the scheduling mishap, Jeff handled some questions I had about service very professionally, and Ben greeted me as I arrived in a very friendly and professional manner. The waiting area is pristine and comfortable and they provide espresso, coffee, bottled water, and even some free snacks like bananas and cliff bars! While I was waiting, Ben came up and showed me some pictures of my car representing areas that needed to be addressed and stated what the costs would be to address them at my current service appointment. WiFi and power outlets were available so that I could conduct business via VPN to my work place. I had requested that my old parts be returned to me and the service tech even labeled which cylinder each spark plug came out of! I didn't even request that so the service was way above and beyond what was expected. I applaud Ben, Jeff, and Jim for fostering a wonderful customer experience. More

Just purchased a 2004 911 Turbo Cabriolet. This is my second used Porsche from this dealership. Malachy is my sales rep & he is extremely knowledgable & friendly. He has the patience of a saint & helped me choose the car of my dreams. After numerous test drives, i settled on the Turbo & I can say without hesitation that my 911 is EPIC! Jeff Bobbins is my Service Manager & he is absolutely brilliant. My car was making a whistling noise the day I picked it up. Jeff was immediately able to diagnose it (vent line clog) & quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. The guys even washed the car for me! I would strongly recommend this dealership & the Porsche Team there without hesitation. This has been far and away the most awesome car buying experience I've ever had. The only word I can think of to sum up this review of Danbury Porsche is... glorious. More
