Great dealership and service department In 2013 I traded in a Mazda for my Subaru Forrester and I haven’t looked back on this decision since the initial transaction. Mechanically I have not experienced any difficulties with the vehicle and taking the vehicle in for routine service is a quick and easy. Jill Thurston is the Service Mgr and she runs a tight knit ship. If all dealers and service departments were run as efficiently owning a auto would be a lot more enjoyable experience. When it’s timr to part with my current 2013 Forrester I will definitely be getting a Subaru. I have been pleasantly impressed with the quality and ride of the vehicle. More

First oil change/service checkup after purchase Jeff Bowman, my service advisor, was very helpful; scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I was able to get my '19 Crosstrek in for the first o Jeff Bowman, my service advisor, was very helpful; scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I was able to get my '19 Crosstrek in for the first oil change/service checkup very quickly. Jeff showed me to the waiting areas, kept me apprised of how the checkup/oil change was proceeding, and had me out of the dealership before the estimated hour. It was great to see the salesperson who I worked with, Liam Bennett, as he stopped by the quiet waiting room to see how Pumpkin was doing. More

Terrible We bought a CPO Outback with 8k miles on it. As soon as we drove off the lot the tpms lights came on. It was a Saturday so we decided to take it We bought a CPO Outback with 8k miles on it. As soon as we drove off the lot the tpms lights came on. It was a Saturday so we decided to take it in next weekend. We got a loaner and were pretty sure we would get the pickup call the same day. Never happened. No one called with updates No one was available to take our calls when we called No one responded to voicemail This went on for TWO weeks!! No you read that right. Finally after a spate of calls and strongly worded voicemails, we got word through our salesman (!!!) that the car was ready and would be delivered to us. What was done ? Four sensors were replaced. Time taken=more than two weeks. Don’t go here. You may not get your car back!! More
