I have been a long time customer of Fred Frederick. I stopped in and saw Charlie Wallace. I wanted to go back to a sport utility vehicle. Charlie showed me a 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland. After a road test, I asked Charlie to put together a deal. Jeff Frederick and Charlie gave me, a good deal and a fair trade for my 2012 Chrysler 300c. The process was quick and painless. When I picked up my Grand Cherokee, it's was detailed and ready to go. I would highly recommend Fred Frederick. They are great to deal with, and they treat you right.

Honest, detailed, education on my cars, breeze of purchasing, received detailed training on all benefits of new car, and how to enjoy. Speed & accurate process. This is my first time purchasing from Fred Frederick, but it is my second new Chryler Town & Country. It is so refreshing to deal with such a high level of professionalism and courtesy from my Sales Consultant all the way to the mechanics who serviced my van. The customer service provided to me from Fred Frederick was exactly what one should expect from any business, but it is unfortunately rare these days.

Charlie was great from the start and still continues to follow up with me even after my purchase to make sure I am happy. I appreciate the personal attention that was given to me by Jeff, Brian, Keith, and DJ when something was missed during a check up. They all went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and make the necessary accommodations for my convenience.

I will most certainly come back to Fred Frederick in Easton. They have made a memorable first impression with me and my husband.

This was my second purchase from Fred Frederick. I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This was another fantastic experience and awesome deal. Charlie was very easy going and knew everything about the jeep. I was in and out in a little over an hour thanks to Charlie. I would highly recommend this dealership the next time you are looking to purchase.

For the second time this year, Jeff has made my families car buying experience a pleasure. He's fair, thoughtful, courteous, and trustworthy. Not something you find at other dealerships. He made the process of purchasing a first vehicle for my 22 year old informative and enjoyable. My family and I were staying in Maryland over the Easter holiday. My 2009 Dodge Ram broke down 7:30 p.m. on Good Friday. Called Chrysler road service, had a flatbed on scene in 45 minutes they also put me in touch with the Fredrick Dealership. Spoke with Jeff Fredrick who was kind enough to stay there until 9:00 p.m. when I arrived. Jeff had a vehicle waiting and told me don't worry about a thing. Jeff called several times during the week to update on the progress of repairs. I returned to Easton the following week, a 3 hour trip one way. True to his word Jeff Fredrick stepped up and handled everything to my complete satisfaction. Greg was a pleasure to work with - and he and Jeff were fantastic about getting us unbelievable financing. I have bought cars from three other Dodge/Jeep dealerships in the past and can say without hesitation that Fred Frederick is by far that most pleasant I have ever bought a car from - and Greg was easily the most helpful salesman to work with.
