I am an United States Air Force Veteran. After being Honorably Discharged, I went to school to become a certified technician for Harley-Davidson. I got my start working in the Parts Department at an H-D Dealership. I worked my way through the ranks and eventually to the Sales Department. After 8 years with H-D, I made a change and started with the Automotive Industry at Pat Fischer Nissan. I now have a wife and 3 little girls whom are my sole purpose for all my hard work.

I was told several different pieces of information when I went to get my car checked by them. I needed an alignment done for my car since it had some wear on it after driving it for over a year, they told me went to get my car checked by them. I needed an alignment done for my car since it had some wear on it after driving it for over a year, they told me I needed new tires put on my car. I left it over at the dealership, I was told the tires were gonna come in at 10 in the morning the next day and the alignment was gonna be done. I get there the next day with the car after I got it from them since they weren't gonna work actively on the car at the time before. I go there after 10:30 in the morning, I get told the new tires weren't gonna be there until 1:00 in the afternoon. So I left the car with them and waited after they gave me a ride home. Time passed as it became 3:00 in the afternoon, I got a text message from Dustin that the tires never came in. I get there again for the dealership, then he told me that the tires would be in on Saturday instead and it was Thursday. So I told them no, I'll take my car back and didn't want the new tires, for him to cancel the request. They did the alignment on my car without putting the new tires on that they apparently ordered. It was a complete waste of time and I'm not gonna be using their services that often, if even at all if the service is gonna be like that at any time. Why would you do an alignment on my car if the tires never came in is such a ridiculous thing to do when I was told the tires that were ordered where gonna be on. More
