Receptionist was informed that my vehicle was blocked in and she was conversing with another employee in the parking lot after I told her I was in a rush. Moments later, I received a call from the service and she was conversing with another employee in the parking lot after I told her I was in a rush. Moments later, I received a call from the service department that the technicians forgot to reset a service checkpoint and requested for me to return to the dealership. I am surprised of how staff upholds service from a reputable luxury dealership. I would expect it from a sales car lot instead. More

Customer service at this dealership by far has been the lowest I have ever experienced in a car purchase. The transparency and communication level is not thorough and had I not been persistent I wouldn’t h lowest I have ever experienced in a car purchase. I did not feel valued as someone to be a return customer I felt like at the end of the day I was just someone they wanted to sell a car to maybe it’s because I’m used to different experiences coming from a different location in another part of the world. Great staff, John was an excellent salesman, Kalai was able to work an amazing deal for me in finance. He got me approved quickly with a great percentage rate and payments.
