DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Bought my car from the show room. The salesman wouldn't let me test drive the actual car. He stated its a brand new car and didn't want to pull it out Bought my car from the show room. The salesman wouldn't let me test drive the actual car. He stated its a brand new car and didn't want to pull it out of the showroom unless I bought it. He let me test drive another vehicle just like the one I wanted to buy. Anyway, I bought the car and a month later my tire pressure light came on! Took it in and they said it's because it's cold. Brought it in the second time and they said it was a bad sensor and gave me a rental untill they fix it. Few days later they call and told me they popped the tire while trying to put the sensor in. Waited few more days till they got a new tire. I came to pick up my car after it was done and drove it for a week and the tire pressure light was on again. Took it in again and they stated it was a bad sensor and they would replace it. Few months later, the car starts jerking through every gear and wouldn't even slow down and the motor was making noise. I bring in the dealership and they kept it for a few days and didn't even look at anything. Not even a mile went up. I asked them what was wrong they said nothing. I drove it for a bit longer and brought it in again for a recall and the jerking. They held it for a few days and didn't put in the recall part or check the jerking. i called to make a appointment to make sure they look at it, and asked for their names. And I came in the next day for them to look at it again and asked for the recall part, they told me the recall part is coming in. I told them I've been waiting for two months. It's Chrysler parts coming from America not China. It doesn't take two months. I asked for a paper when they ordered it and where it's coming from and they stated it was waiting for customer approval to be ordered!!!! I told them who the guys were that I spoke to and they stated they don't have anyone by those names that work here! The general manager took me into a office that wasn't even his and told me "IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE WE DO HERE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP" I told him that's great customer service and from now on I will be standing by the tech and making sure he checks everything I want to be checked. The GEneral manager came up to me and said "you can come with me and I can sell you another Chrysler just like yours but with better rims! I told him he's a idiot if he thinks I will ever buy a car from this dealer again! Especially that he just told me to go to another dealership, when it's their issue that they aren't fixing my car! I asked the general manager why he took me into a room and why is he talkig to me if he has nothing to do with service, he stated he doesn't know why he's talking to me! But everytime I came in for a oil change they were so nice and quick for changing your oil, why? Because you pay out of your pocket for it. I took my car back their again and they finally put in the recall after 3 months and they car was still jerking and still making noise from the motor, they stated Chrysler came out and said my car was okay, but Chrysler didn't sign off on it. Half of the time they didn't want have any rentals and can't reserve them. But URSRLA apparently can reserve any for her customers! PLEASE BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE THINK WE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO! STAY AWAY!!!! More

Dupage Dodge Bait an Switch I got a e-quote for a truck at Dupage bait an switch. I then confirmed the price with JR Mercado. I then went to buy that truck only to be told that i I got a e-quote for a truck at Dupage bait an switch. I then confirmed the price with JR Mercado. I then went to buy that truck only to be told that is NOT the price it's 15k more than E-quote price. Called JR who laughed and told me must have been a mistake. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH. IT gives Dodge a BAD reputation . More

Incompetent This car dealer was unambiguously the most incompetent bunch of salesman and mangers I have seen in my life! I had contacted a salesman concerning a certain car and made it clear I was to be there later that day, only to find out after traveling 2 hours that the car was at a car show and every employee at any managerial or sales position was ignorant to the location of said car show. Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Wonderful Buying Experience thanks to my Salesman! My personal experience with the dealership has been positive. After taking months to research several cars, my decision was to buy a Jeep. I arrived My personal experience with the dealership has been positive. After taking months to research several cars, my decision was to buy a Jeep. I arrived at DuPage Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep, and was greeted by the salesperson Jeff K. This gentleman allowed me to roam around the dealership freely, looking at the stock, and was waiting patiently for me...when I was ready to ask questions. It was then that Jeff and I sat down to discuss all the options that I had for purchasing a new car. Buying a new car is extremely stressful, no matter how prepared the purchaser is in the car buying process. This is where my salesman shined. Jeff listened carefully to everything I had stated in our conversation, then walked me carefully through all my options. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, kind, down-to-earth, respectful and took a great deal of time with me. I would highly recommend for someone looking to buy a new or used car, to ask for Jeff K. More

I'm not one to use online review sites to post negative feedback, but I consider it my duty to warn potential buyers NOT to visit this dealership. My sales person, Jeff, was certainly kind and friendly, b feedback, but I consider it my duty to warn potential buyers NOT to visit this dealership. My sales person, Jeff, was certainly kind and friendly, but since purchasing my used Passat from him, I've had nothing but trouble with the dealership initially refusing to repair pre-existing problems, then taking a full two weeks to "fix" a broken stereo that STILL, after 48 hours in the shop, doesn't have a radio that works, refusing to pay for the replacement of the only key they gave me (which I found out, after purchase, has the ring broken off, so it's impossible to attach it to a key ring). Sending me out in a loaner while my car was in the shop (a week after purchase), but not bothering to put any gas in the loaner, so the warning light was on before I even drove off the lot. Phone calls that were supposed to come "Monday for sure," as per the manager's vow, didn't come until the Saturday following that, and then only after I'd called to demand they call me. Offering me a sort of lottery Visa card that "may" earn me $100 (insufficient to cover repairs) and may earn me more--which amounts to playing Russian roulette with customer service. I'm appalled and wish I could sell my car back to the them for the price I got it and purchase elsewhere. This car that I loved has become a source of incredible stress for me and I feel unsafe driving because I can't trust the people who sold it to me. This isn't even mentioning the laundry list of defects a Volkswagen dealership nearby discovered on closer inspection. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. More
