We picked out an Jetta online that we were interested in on Monday. When we arrived at the dealership on Tuesday Jared was waiting for us and had the car ready for the test drive. The entire deal from start to finish was completed in an hour and half which is unheard of at most other dealerships. Jared was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a VW. A huge shout out to Jeremy for being the best GM we have ever done business with! The absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had. The salesman are. It trustworthy and will not follow through or communicate. They will not mhonor what they say and will use deception in responding The salesman are. It trustworthy and will not follow through or communicate. Management does not care about customers and will not hear out complaints but will use intimidation to try to bully you into submission. With so many auto dealers in existence, choose any of them but this one. More

My wife and I bought our son his first car last week at this dealership. A 2020 Jetta R-line. This was a big deal for us since we have always had Lexus and Infinity brand cars and this is our first German this dealership. A 2020 Jetta R-line. The dealership was patient with us through several trips to the dealership and many questions. Jim Graves and Dylan Satterwhite made it a special experience by leaving the car on the showroom and putting a bow on it. Our son thought we were looking at a used car and played along making our experience awesome. Robert Rumfelt in finance answered many questions and gave us peace of mind regarding our purchase If the car is as good as the experience with the staff we will be very thankful. I would completely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
