My wife and I entered the showroom on a Monday morning, expecting to be pounced upon by an overly-aggressive salesperson. We were instead met with a calm and friendly "hello" from Joe Himelfarb, who kept some distance and said to please let him know if and when we needed any help. From that moment, I knew he was the person I wanted to deal with. The end result was a beautiful new 2013 Chevy Traverse 1LT - the perfect vehicle for our family.

Joe is a sincere, hardworking individual with a great personality and sense of humor. He is extremely patient and insightful. Our interaction continued for the balance of that week before I was ready to make a commitment. He searched tirelessly through available inventory across the state until he found the exact Traverse we were looking for; the exact color, trim and options, with no extra options that we did not need or want, so that no unnecessary additional costs would be incurred. Joe took customer service to another level and my wife and I are very satisfied as a result.

Jeff Conrad was also instrumental in getting the deal done. He treated us very fairy on our trade-in value, overlooking some issues with our old vehicle that managers from other dealerships may have held against us. Jeff was also very informative about the mechanics of financing and helped us "crunch" the numbers to get the right deal.

Brenda Royer worked fast as our finance manager, answering questions and keeping things light-hearted as she eased us through all the necessary paperwork and dealt with the payoff on our trade-in.

Even Jeff Parker, the general manager of the dealership, jumped from his desk on the day I took delivery to shake my hand, thank me, and seek assurance that everything went well.

The folks at Flemington are straightforward people with a lot of class and integrity. They are the antithesis of the screaming car dealers you see on television commercials. Everything went so nice and smooth. We got to test drive cars, they were brought to us and best of all everyone everypne was so helpful and took their time with my husband and myself. Being a first time new car buyer, I was very nervous and they helped tremendously with their calm deameanor and were very friendly. Thank You so much. We appreciated everything, especially the "extra" stripe I got!

The effort to encourage me to turn my leased vehicle early was great. In addition, the effort to make the deal equitable with waiting to turn the car in was great and it enabled me to get into a less expensive, more fuel efficient vehicle.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain.

The vehicle was located on another dealer’s lot. Brett Mannon and the General Manager went out of their way to obtain the vehicle for me.

The vehicle was delivered to me as promised.

Brenda was very helpful when it came to the financing. She took the time to explain the different options available for financing. She also took the time to speak in detail about the other options that were being offered to me.

We visited to look at the new Buicks. Joe Himelfarb was very helpful, taking us on test drives, and explaining the special features of each car. We made a decision to get a Verano. When we went back the sales process was friendly, and we didn't feel pressured. We got pricing on leasing and buying compared. All our questions were answered - no pressure - just facts from both Joe and Eric Henderson who ran the numbers for us. Joe introduced us to the service group -- all very friendly, and the service area was very clean. My husband even made an appointment for his car with them after he saw the service center. We met Jeff Parker, the GM, who took the time to stop and greet us, even though he was clearly enroute to somewhere. My husband even enjoyed his cup of coffee. All in all a positive experience. oh and I love my new car.

Buying a new car was never this easy. They found the car I wanted and within 2 days it was mine. Picked the car up today and it took me less than a hour before I was driving home in my brand new Arcadia. I love Flemington GMC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just purchased a 2013 Cruze and could not be happier. Jeff Parket was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I told him I would not be making a decision on my first visit, but wanted to test drive the Cruze and Buick Verano. He never pressured me, answered all my questions and provided me with brochures for both vehicles.

When I returned to test drive the vehicles a second time, he again explained the features of each car. Once I decided on the Cruze, he walked me through the entire process. He tracked down the model I wanted and had it ready for me in 3 days.

When I went in to pick it up, the paperwork was ready and Jeff showed me how to operate the features of the car. Adam helped me set up my Bluetooth so I was ready for hands free calls before I left the dealership.

Members of my family have purchased vehicles from the dealership for years and I've recommended them to friends. ,

The people at this dealership are very friendly and helpful. I was welcomed in the parking lot as soon as I arrived. I was looking to get some prices to lease a car and ended up accepting an offer that same day.

Went looking for a used vechile , happened to see online a beautiful looking truck .We were greeted by Brett Mannon and asked about this vechile .Brett was very informative and let us take for a test drive .My wife and I asked questions about warranty , financing that were answered quickly with the help of Brenda Royer and Jeff Parker.
