They give you less than you’re asking for than sell your truck for $10k more. Gave me around $32k for my truck and I was asking for $35k and they said they couldn’t do it. Then they turn around and sell my truck for $10k more. Gave me around $32k for my truck and I was asking for $35k and they said they couldn’t do it. I went in Alone ( I'm a 44 year old woman) and I felt comfortable. I'd do business with them again. The one slight setback was , I felt the sales manager was less than genuine. My service contract includes wash and vacuum. And even when reminding them they won’t do it so I have to wait another 20 min and the. They do a xxxxty job at it. I’d give 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. My time is I’d give 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. My time is valuable and I didn’t get the feeling that was supported in my MANY visits that could have ea I’d give 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. My time is valuable and I didn’t get the feeling that was supported in my MANY visits that could have easily been avoided. Details, Communication, and Completion matter more than “Yes Men” with no follow through! Jeff Pentney (Five stars) stepped in to correct the Sales fallout and was the only Great experience to date. (Tim the loaner associate Five stars also) All associates were extremely “friendly”, but there was little to no communication unless I called to press for answers, in addition to lack of follow through or completion more than once or twice. Service, very friendly, but repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue even after I made Service Manager aware of my tests and thoughts to correct the issue (faulty clock cable). This cost me 4 attempts within first month of ownership, for a total of 10 days without my vehicle before finally completing. Again, my time is valuable and this cost me to cancel an out of state trip. This experience was so horrible, I’ll actively share my experience (full details) with others to keep them from such experiences. Note: After about a month of ownership all “We owe” and single service request (replace clock cable) is complete. More
