Wonderful buying experience Jeff was an amazing salesman. He spent adequate time explaining the advantages of the Kia Soul and how it would fit my life. After driving my new vehi Jeff was an amazing salesman. He spent adequate time explaining the advantages of the Kia Soul and how it would fit my life. After driving my new vehicle home, Jeff was correct. The vehicle is perfect, lots of bells and whistles that are well positioned and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Jeff, Crown Kia, and the Soul. I am soooooo happy. More

Great sales department, but horrible service department. I have had 2 appointments and 1 more coming up. The first appointment I had set up was because my check engine light was on and they replaced my gas c I have had 2 appointments and 1 more coming up. The first appointment I had set up was because my check engine light was on and they replaced my gas cap because it wasn’t fitting right (apparently) a week later my gas light cane back on, so I went back in. They said it wasn’t that big of a deal and set another appointment 2 weeks later saying I wouldn’t have my car all day and explained what they were going to do, I appreciated that they told me and offered a ride home if needed. I felt confident in the guy who explained this. I went in that morning and they called me 6 hours later saying they couldn’t do anything because my gas tank was full. Knowing they were doing this process they didn’t tell me I couldn’t have a full tank of gas, and said they couldn’t siphon the gas out either. So now I have my car and I’ve been trying to get my gas down enough to take it back in. I’m very disappointed in how this has been turning out. However I can say the sales department was amazing and I loved my sales rep, he was fun and worked with what I had. So 5 stars for that, and the only reason it isn’t 1 star is because of the good sales department. More
