Very unprofessional staff and have disconnected my AC somehow in the process of putting in a new alternator. I've been coming here over 8 years and never had an issue and always gave 5 stars. I have never had what I can call an exceptional experience before, but this was absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to look out for you. I’m not used to that at all.
