Welcoming entrance and warm greeting. appointment had been made and all were ready for our meeting. We had requested certain vehicles to see and they were available and explained. Financi appointment had been made and all were ready for our meeting. We had requested certain vehicles to see and they were available and explained. Financial negotiations took place,with clear explanation . Transaction took place in an orderly and clear manner, pressure was not present in our dealings. We felt fairly treated and warmly treated. This is our 3rd lease, following 2 purchases with Walter dealerships. We continue coming back because of the above information. Thanks. More

I needed a factory recall done on our vehicle. It was easy to make an appointment, they had the part available and took care of it in a forthright and courteous manner. They have a reasonably comfortable waiting area with free coffee and popcorn. They accurately quoted the amount of time it would take them to complete the necessary repair. I would like to mention that on subsequent calls to the parts department, I was never able to reach a staff member directly and left several voicemails, which were never returned. More

Usually, I give Walser five star ratings for your service. This last experience was a three star level of service because your technicians didn’t discuss a problem that could’ve been addressed during service. This last experience was a three star level of service because your technicians didn’t discuss a problem that could’ve been addressed during the time my wife was sitting in your waiting room. We had two headlights replaced, and when she read the technician notes afterward, Walser indicated that a blinker light was broken and needed to be replaced. Now, she will have to take more time to return to Walser and address that issue That could’ve been handled in the same visit And the same part of the car. Usually your team consults with us in those situations so it might just be an opportunity to improve employee training. John DeSmet More
