Even individuals who were not directly attending to me were upbeat and friendly. Megan Rathburn was my sales advisor and I was a tough sell, frequent offers of refreshments never moved me but she never lost her positive energy and persevered until a deal was reached. I had a problem with the car radio and when she couldn’t fix it, she invited me to come back to the service department who advised me to go to Autonation since the vehicle was a Camry. I asked for a manager and got Jeff Simpson in sales who made it right. I drove away a satisfied customer. Thank you , Megan and Jeff! More

This review has nothing to do with the service person who checked me in for my appointment. He was very personable, friendly and a good communicator. My big problem is having to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I'm a seasonal residence. My Hyundai dealership at home has me in and out by 45 minutes for an oil change. It seems to me that your dealership is over booking oil change appointments. I had a 2:15 appointment and didn't get out of there until 4:30pm. I have much better things to do than just wait for over 2 hours. I'll be booking somewhere else next time. More

Not a great experience from the start for us. We had done our research previously and test driven multiple cars in Naples, where we are locally. We looked online and saw that the Fort Myers deale We had done our research previously and test driven multiple cars in Naples, where we are locally. We looked online and saw that the Fort Myers dealership had the car make, model, and color combo that we were looking for and the vehicle was "in transit". We were in the area and decided to drive over and ask a service person (Michael) for help to ask if they knew when the vehicle would arrive. We were told "it's here on the prep lot, so you can't see or drive it today, but it will be on our actual lot by next weekend". We got their information, told them we were interested in the vehicle, and would most likely call during that week to put down a deposit in order to reserve the car. We did just that, and let the salesperson know that we would be in that following weekend to pick up the car and finish paperwork. We were told nothing about any ongoing deals, buyer programs, etc. and were expecting an easy process, since we essentially walked in and handed someone a sale...let me tell you it was anything but that. We were told a few days before going to the dealership that the vehicle was not in fact on the lot at all, and was still in transit from the barge. They were "expecting" it to be here within that next week, but did not give us a clear understanding of what that meant. Because we were told the vehicle was going to be there previously, we did not set up a rental car. Luckily, thanks to Rex, we were able to be set up with a loaner vehicle. That was very much appreciated and one of the things the dealership did right. We went through with the paperwork that day since we were not planning to make the drive all the way back up to Fort Myers. This was a 5-hour process with plenty of unnecessary dialogue, waiting, and sitting in (mostly) the finance office with an unprofessional, unqualified, and disrespectful agent that did not pay attention to multiple large details that had already been discussed. We agreed that once the vehicle was to the dealership, it would take a day to prep, and someone would drive it down to us and trade out the loaner vehicle. We were told after completing the paperwork (which was a nightmare in and of itself) "should be here by Tuesday, and able to be down to you on Wednesday. Of course, it was not. and it wasn't until we reached out ourselves to multiple sales people on Thursday after hearing nothing, that we were then told they still do not know when to definitively expect the vehicle. Essentially keep waiting and they will "let us know". Another weekend rolls by, and we hear nothing until we call once again on Sunday. We're then told that Monday it should be here and ALSO delivered to you in the evening! Great, our hopes are up! And once again let down, as it passes 5pm, we hear nothing until we reach out for an update. The car is still in Tampa, not to the dealership, and will not be to us when "promised". At this point, we are extremely frustrated, and unfortunately, Edwin had to be the receiver of our not so wonderful phone call. Out of this entire process, Edwin was the ONLY reason we are still happy with our purchase. He continued to go above and beyond what was expected to try and remedy the frustration that was caused by the dealership. Our thanks go out to him, and will continue to for his patience and understanding. As a customer, who essentially handed the dealership a sale (and not a small one, at that), you would think that they would at least TRY to make the process a bit more seamless by communicating, listening to anything you are saying, and treating us with an ounce of respect. I can tell you that we will not be returning to this dealership for service, to buy another vehicle, and unfortunately cannot with good faith recommend that anyone else do the same. We will be following suit with what the recent trends seem to be, and nixing the dealership for an online transaction instead when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle. More

These People do not deserve to stay in business ! 1. They advertise their cars for a much cheaper sales price to attract customers, then when you sit down they add a "Fort Myers Advantage Package" 1. They advertise their cars for a much cheaper sales price to attract customers, then when you sit down they add a "Fort Myers Advantage Package" to the price of the car (plus all the other dealer fees and xx you dont need). We are talking about $2,600 price difference from what it was advertised! 2.Be careful when giving your keys for the trade in. They keep the Keys until they can convince you to buy the new car. Even after we told them we are not interested in purchasing the car they still let us wait 15 minutes to return our key. After asking to give back our Key I was told to leave their office! After that I was called a xxxxxx by Mr. Simpson ! Absolutely incredible ! STAY FAR AWAY ! More

This is by far one of the worst and most bizarre experience I have ever had with a dealership. I arrived at their dealership wanting to check out and test drive a vehicle that they had listed onl experience I have ever had with a dealership. I arrived at their dealership wanting to check out and test drive a vehicle that they had listed online for $19,091. The sales person I spoke with was friendly and professional but unfortunately, things took a downturn when he came back with the numbers the manager provided to him. The sale price of the vehicle was all of the sudden $21,600 without the added dealer fees, tittle reregsitartion, taxes, and any other fees that dealers typically charge. When I asked why the sale price was all of the sudden almost $3,000 more then the original listing price, they claimed that this includes some type of "Fort Myers Advantage Package" that they apparently charge on every vehicle. At this point i have already waited 2 hours while they were giving me an appraisal for my Trade In (which the value that they provided is another joke and insult in itself). Before I wasted any more time, I told them that I am not going to continue with this since I refuse to play into their shady and scummy marketing practice. Since they had my car keys to provide an appraisal for the trade in, I asked for it back so I can leave. The sales rep was understandable and went to the managers office to grab my keys. After about 5 minutes of the sales rep and the office manager having a discussion, my brother decided to go to them and ask for the keys since we were not interested in hearing their sales tactics. When my brother rpolotely asked for the keys, the office manager Jeff Simpson, immediately had an aggressive demeanor and stated "If you want your keys, you need to leave this office." Mind you that this is not some private personal and office and rather is a public office that anybody can walk into. In fact there were groups of other customers in there. Presumably some type of finance office. My brother reciprocated aggressivly andstated that he will not leave this office until we get our keys back. This Simpson guy sprinted out of the office angerly and got our keys. We asked for his name, which he provided, and called us a "xxxxing xxxxxxxx" as we were walking out of the door. Needless to say that I was quite surprised by this man's ego considering the fact that he had not right to hold my keys when I asked for it back. The sales manager of the dealership tried to make it right by reducing the price but after that experience I told him that i will not be offerring my business to them anymore. It is nothing new to me that dealers try to slip in fees and hope that people won't notice and sign there lives away but the reaction that was received for this egotistical Jeff Simpson guy is quite unbelievable. I CANNOT recommend this dealership to anyone. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them, look over the whole contract before you sign it because it seems people do that less and less now a days. More
