Great experience ! My wife and I worked with Jeff Wood in buying a 2020 CRV Hybrid. Given the COVID situation the car was on back order. Jeff did an outstanding job of tracking the order and keeping us informed when to expect the car to arrive. Jeff Wood sold me my car at Scott. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and personable. He showed me around the service area that I would bring my car back to when it needed service.
