I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Suburu of Philadelphia. I had test driven an Ascent at another Suburu dealer, but did not purchase. The other dealer gave me a fair trade in, but Ciocca beat Philadelphia. I had test driven an Ascent at another Suburu dealer, but did not purchase. The other dealer gave me a fair trade in, but Ciocca beat that dealer for trade, so I went with Ciocca. I walked out of a Toyota dealer looking at a Highlander, because he really low balled me for trade in. Ken at Ciocca showed me all of the features on the car, I did not need to test drive because i test drove at the other Suburu dealer. Ken spend over an hour with me explaining all the features, he must have spent an hour. Then the buying process took about 45 minutes, no real hassle or pressure. Then the paperwork took a half hour, and by that time, the car was ready. Ken spent another half hour with me in the car, setting up things like the phone, radio, seat, etc. I could not be more happier with my experience at Ciocca. I live in Bucks County, so this dealer was 35 miles away. I was looking at Ascents, and Ciocca had some on the lot and available. Other dealers show cars on their website, but they are either not on the lot, or under contract with someone, and they don't tell you that on the website. Go to Ciocca if you want a no pressure. By the way, a great facility in South Philly just off the Expressway, I will go there for service, as U Penn is nearby and I go there several times a year for medical appts. so it will not be a big deal to travel all the way to South Philly. Give Ciocca and Ken, and the others that i dealt with, 5 stars. More

We recently purchased a Subaru Forester for our daughter from Ciocca Subaru. She is in college and was treated very poorly at another Subaru Dealership. I cannot express how professional and friendly everyone was at Ciocca. I would recommend anyone go to them. More
