Thank you for letting us write this review. Andrew took my wife's Tahoe in which had faulty rear shock absorbers and was on drivable and had them replaced within 72 hours. He made no promises on that because at this time of the year the dealership is extremely busy with snowbirds. But he did a very fast turnaround and great repair as usual.
